Cut a piece of card stock 3 1/2in wide by 9in long. Score/fold at 1 1/2in, 1 3/4in, 5 1/4in and 5 1/2in. The decorative paper on the inside is 3 1/4in square, punched with a 1/2 circle punch to make a slit to hold the tea bag in. The outside was stamped with swirls and flamingos. The flower on the front is also made from circle punches and a scallop circle punch, then a small piece of velcro to hold it closed.

Thank you for taking the time to write out these instructions! They will be a huge help in making these. I just love the idea and feel like having a bunch of these on hand would be great for last minute gifts or tuck-ins!
