Schools Almost Out

This is that last week of school for my kids. They are so excited. Me too, I think. Hopefully the weather will start feeling like summer soon.

Cheer leading

So I signed up my 9 year old daughter for cheer leading this week. She is so excited. They start practicing this summer for football next year. She has been in gymnastics for 2 years now. But now it's time to try something new. Wish us luck!

Stamping

So I belong to a stamp club (Stampin Up). Once a month we get together and make 3 items. Here are the 2 things that I made last month. The pink one is a photo note holder, or really whatever you wanted to put in it. Here's another picture of it opened.

Garden Growing

So the garden is growing very nice. This is my very first vegetable garden. I am very excited to see how it all turns out. I still have lots of flowers growing in the greenhouse. 99% of them were started from seeds. My 9 year old daughter and I had lots of fun planting them and watching them grow. Will show pictures once they are blooming good.

The How To - on the Tea for Two

Cut a piece of card stock 3 1/2in wide by 9in long. Score/fold at 1 1/2in, 1 3/4in, 5 1/4in and 5 1/2in. The decorative paper on the inside is 3 1/4in square, punched with a 1/2 circle punch to make a slit to hold the tea bag in. The outside was stamped with swirls and flamingos. The flower on the front is also made from circle punches and a scallop circle punch, then a small piece of velcro to hold it closed.
Please let me know if you need any additional information, or if there is anyhthing else I can help you with.
